A month before i bought a sony ericsson w395 and now i would i like to connect with my laptop but everytime i tried to connect it always show that my se1008 device data modem failed. so how can i help it out to connect with my laptop. please help.

Dear Ryan,

You should make use of its PC Suite for connecting it to your laptop and transfer any file to it. This application is really important for the task.
