Emachines needs u

My emachines D620 laptop about a year old just wont turn in anymore.... i shut it down one day and the next DAY I WENT TO TURN IT on and it goes straight to the windows recovery error screen. ( i have windows vista in it) the screen has me select start windows norrmally or lauch set up repair.. i tried both thing and when i select them it goes to a black screen then goes right back to the windows error recovery screen...what should i do!?!?!?! please help asap!!!!!!!
