Cd/dvd drive problem

my CD/DVD drive was working properly.sir i really facing critical problem from last two month ,both cd and dvd not supported in my lapy so please send me solution or cd and dvd drive of

either get the cd drive replaced or get an external drive, possibly cheaper than the internal one.
