Poor quality printing

i have epson tx300f printer first when i turn on the printer i got error massage. then i turn the printer off and on again. but the massage was same. i turned the printer on and off for more two time. then the massage gone. but now i have a new prob. with my printer. the printing quality is very poor and bad...plz help me is anybody know how solved the prom.
