Help with TikTok upload video quality

Hello,

I’m unable to find any solutions to my issue with video quality when uploading to TikTok. I have an iPhone 14 pro and I record videos in 4k 60fps. I edit using CapCut and I download and upload the video in 2k/4k 60fps. I make sure that TikTok data saver is turned off and the upload HD video option is turned on when uploading to TikTok. 

The video is very clear and crisp on my iPhone photo album and on CapCut, but the quality drops when I upload it to TikTok. I also make sure I have great internet connection so that’s not the issue. 

I’m pretty sure I’m doing everything right to make sure my videos are clear and crisp but idk why this is happening to me……???????????? any tips /help?

Hi,

TikTok doesn't support 4K videos, that's why your video quality is dropped. You should convert your video in 1080p (maximum supported resolution) before uploading it.
