i can not get my username or password to work for microsoft mail or thunderbird. it is a yahoo account but i even download gmail and it has the same results. is it a setting in my computer?

It's my first time usage. I'm wondering if it is because of my Microsoft defender? I dnt know, dnt know much about it.
