MW2 error

I get this error just after jumping from the favella to the pave low and enter the loading screen i have reinstalled game multiple times my specs are:
Windows xp, intel core 2 quad q8200 2.33ghz, Ram: 3584mbs, NVIDIA Geforce 8400 GS 512mb onboard ram
All drivers at latest.
