How to avoid formatting my flash and recover?

Salaams,

I have Cruzer Titanum Flash Disk with high important data saved on it, whenever i tried to open my flash disk; its asking me to "format"!! i am affraied if i did that it will erase my data.


Then I tried to use some recovery tools like: Data Doc Pen, Virtual Lab Client, Adroit recovery... but whenever i trun those tools they never found any file at my flash disk!

What To Do??

Do i need to format my flash then I use one of those recovery tools????


Please Help Me.
