Recovering downloaded excel

I downloaded an excel document to my pc laptop from my school website(schoolloop) and made changes to it and then deleted it from the site folder(My Locker). How can i recover this?

What do mean by you deleted from site folder. If you meant that you deleted from school site, most probably you have to ask school folk to get it for you. If you meant you deleted from your pc, then it should on trash can, recover from there. if you have deleted from trash can then you would need some special software that can do this potential recovery. In that case see this
