I have two different Excel files, one with a complete list of serial numbers and one with some of the same serial numbers and also some that may not be included in the first workbook. The second file contains more information pertaining to the serial numbers. I was wondering if there was any way that I would be able to merge these two files.

Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee.
