Need help with a graph

Hi all,

I created a simple financial excel spreadsheet. Right now it is basically a glorified check register, but what I want to do is make a pull down menu and select if the purchase is a bill, or groceries, ect. and have this information go into a graph so I can monitor percentages of money spent in different areas. So what I need to know if how to I create the connection between the data and the graph.

The way I have it setup now is column A is the date B marks if the check or bill cleared by bank account, Column C would be the drop down menu, Column D is for Deposits, Column E is for charges, and column F is for Balance.

Can someone help me figure this out please? Thanks!
