Outlook can't send Closed

Question

hello sir,  
              i,m working in outlook ex 2007 and I can't send messages! How can I solve this problem?  
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Have you correctly set the configuration for incoming and outgoing servers?Please check and confirm with the service provider for the settings if not sure.
