How to install XP through pen drive

hey you guys i had windows XP sp 2 installed on my system and now windows is corrupted and system is not opening only options come like
LASt known good configuration
start normally
safe mode

when i click on one it jst crashes and restarts i dont know wat to do
i dont hav a working cd-dvd rom drive and i want to formatt my system using a USB pen drive as i dont hav any other option available so please help me gettin out of this problem please HELP!!!!!!!!!
