Usb pen drive is not showing

Hello,
after inserting the 8gb kingston usb pendrive when i try to open or format comp. shows an error saying "please insert a disk in the drive j or i ".
what should i do .tried formatting in ms dos ,no result.PLEASE HELP ME



and down u given salution for only transcend... so pls give me solution for kingston also

install usb driver from https://ccm.net/ and after installation restart and try
