I assume you have a built in webcam so what you need are the drivers. You can download these from http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=DownloadIf it is a external webcam, drivers will be on the disc that came with the webcam or you need to download them from the webcam makers website
