When I was using my laptop one day there was a pop
Up virus tool that said it had a mandtory download
And it did this without my saying so any virus protection

please download malwarebytes rename it to kioskea.exe and update it and then do a full system scan it may take up to 2 hours to scan.

Then after that it will restart the computer to remove the viruses it found and then post the log on here so we can look at it for you to see if it remove the virus for you.

Are you becoming a virus expert? If you read between the lines, I suggest that your patient has one of them self protective rogue Trojan Horse.
