Can t open local c and d disc

Hello,


I have problems with local disk drive id means the game can not have any INSTAL!!
What to do.
Here it appears to me when I try to enter:

Error: The system can not find the file specified.
Code: 80070002
Source: (null)

Please help can not any one game INSTAL, and even play because there is no INSTAL !!!!!
