My 16gb usb shows that it is 0bytes

MY 16GB USB IS NOT WORKING. IT SHOWS THAT IT IS 0 BYTES BUT SIR IT IS 16 GB.
KINDLY SIR SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT

Dear Sir,

Please obtain the solution of the problem by formatting the USB disk completely. It is acting thus for there should be some corrupted files on it.
