My laptop inspiron has startup problems

Hello,

recently i bought dell inspiron 1440 but i completely get disappointed that the following problems are continuouly happened -

when i power on laptop start up repair problems

next continuous its going on and last gives a black screen (* means power off )


any one can tell me how to overcome these problems.

Dear,firstly open cd rom insert cd of window or backup.thn on your laptop,press f2 or f12 to go into boot option, it will ask first booting device select cd rom n press enter and install it,,no other solution,
