Accidently compressed

Hello,
i accidently compresed my C: and so the laptop is not starting,it says "Boot mngr compressed press Ctrl +Alt +Delete to restart .
i tried to decompress it doing it with the Xp Cd but it is asking me the administrator password whereas I have not set any passwrd.
My laptop is not reading any Dvd only Cds can be read.
