How to set profiles

Hellosir,

i have purchased micromax q5 mobile ihave a problem of i have connected head set to my mobile and i have removed my head set but it is showing that i have connected head set i have tried in user profiles also but it shows that headset has connectedhow to solve it please tellme

if you attached headphone to micromax q5,then the headset mode wont go ..then in that case ..connect the headphone to the phone and call any number and when the other phone is ringing remove the headphone you will get a beep sound and message as well ,if you dont get the beep sound then check on top that headphone symbol is gone ,in future if you connect the headphone then again same promblem will arise..so what you can do ...is to connect the headphone and call other number then remove the headphon while the other phone is ringing ..again you will see the headphone symbol is gone ..do this procedure 4 to 5 times then in future you dont have to do it again n again .....it has worked for me ...
