Cannot install my new camara

i just bpught a new camara and it does not finishes the down load , its get to 98% and then its says :
software installation
the softwear you are installing has not passed window logo testing to verify its compaatibilty with window xp

then it says
countinuing this installation may impair or distablized the correct operation of your system
ieather immidaitly or in the future microsoft strongley recommend that you must stop this installation and contact the softwear vendor for softewaer that has passed window logo testing .

why it cannot be installed ????
