Dell inspiron 1545

Hello,
After removing the keyboard to clean it up (a friend dripped a little water onto the keyboard) and putting it back together, the laptop doesn't want to turn back on. I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in, or charging the battery but none of that has worked. What can I do?

it's prob. a board problem, take it to a computer shop
