How to make macros in excel

Dear any one help me to make macro inexcel


I m very new in this field and i m copying some data from any web sit (i-e www.192.com) and than paste the data in excel than there is a raw data in excel sheet now i want to make a macro through which i can organize this raw data in some organized form (i-e in three columns Name, Phone No: and Address) and when i will run the macro it will automatically stores the names in Name column, Address in address column and phone No: in Phone columns

Plzzzz Help me i m very much confused
