Lack of a wireless connection is most often a PC configuration problem. But, if you are missing some lights you should try these things:
First unplug the router and leave it unplugged for 3 or 4 min. Plug it back in and see if that fixes the problem.
Second possible fix - most routers have a reset switch - a small hole where you can put a paperclip into. This resets the router to factory defaults.
Third buy a new router.
