Computer problems

Hello,

My computer has been stuffed up for several months now and we dont kno wats wrong with it. It is an acer aspire t630, and wat happens with it is the monitor starts but the screen stays blank and there is quick beeping sounds coming from the computer. If anyone can help it would be gladly appreciated.

P.S. i dont have a restart disk or refresh disk.
