computer wont let me download Closed

Hiiyaa!!x, im confused my computer wont let me download ANYTHING at all it keeps shutting off my internet can anyone help me please ??

well if it is a windows vista thats the problem, mine vista has nevr been able to download any thing,  macs are much better
