Can't download no internet options no toolbar

Hello,


After running Windows Essential Security and Windows Updates, I have the following issues.

I cannot download anything.

I can't get Internet Options.

I have no toolbar.

My minimised internet explorer boxes are blank.

My delete key does not work.

That's all I've noticed for now. Please can anyone offer help in a simple step by step way! Thanks!

Please consider deactivating your firewall to see whether the problem gets fixed.
