Can't open any program like mozila firefox

Hello,

I had a problem window state userinit.exe ,lsass.exe , svchost.exe error and the number 0xc0000009 ...Why it's happen ..I also cannot open program and cannot detect my printer. Can not open personal web for educational program. Can some help me..plz

Go 2 Start menu, click on Set program Access And Defaults, then open Custom and click on Mozilla Web Browser then click OK at the bottom. If you want any others do the same for them before you click OK. Then try 2 browse............Hope this helped!!!!!!!!!!

Or maybe just re install the applications or repair your windows using your original cd
