I did a complete wipe and reinstall of XP on my desktop, I have no idea what model ethernet card it is, the computer isn't even recognizing one. I don't have any disks other than the XP disk, and it hasn't helped me at all in finding anything or updating any drivers.
How do I find out what type of drivers to get when I can't get online to do the driver search? Both the ethernet and sound card drivers are missing and are not being recognized by the computer. It's as though there aren't any to recognize. Very, very, confused and in need of help.
I'm not very familiar with this type of thing, so I need the dummies guide to driver updating I guess :)
