Problem with callback

Hello,

I have a problem with callback. I have incoming connection in my PC but I need to make a callback to my house.
I have this error:

Description:
The Remote Access Server's attempt to callback user WARRIOR\noel on port COM1 at ?????? failed because of the following error: The phone line is busy.

I don' t know what to do

Sounds like your modem is not hanging-up or you are not terminating the session - hence the busy signal on the call back.
Verify this by picking up the phone headset - you should have a dial-tone if it's ready to answer the call back. One work-around is to pull the phone plug from the computer after you terminate the initial session and quickly re-plug it before you receive the call back.
