Problem in installation of antivirus

Hello,
i have bought a antivirus software.but it is saying that i already have this software first uninstall it then try again
But i have already uninstalled it . i restarted the computer but with no positive result .then i deleted all the files name with " Q ". but i still having this problem . pls help
