Why can't my PC locate my printer ?

Hello There,

Why can't my PC locate my printer ? I loaded & reloaded my HP 1180c printer driver again & again but to no avail. I hard drive is partitioned to 2-C & D. Kindly help. Thanks.

Is this a new printer?

Your next step is to check the connection from the PC to the printer. remove and replace the cable into a different PC port
