GTA san andreas problem

Hello!
I have 3 problems in my GTA san andreas this problems take turns. 1st thing when i play a few minutes it freezes and it is not responding. 2nd thing when i go to load game and load my saved file it hangs and does not LOAD. 3rd thing when im playing it after few minutes of playing it,it directly gets out or like quits the game directy .IT ALL STARTED WHEN I DOWNLOADED MODS. pls anwser ASAP

Dear Sir,
Please consider checking whether its graphic card driver needs to be updated or the problem is coming from low virtual memory.

if you put the mods in img. tool just open the player.img if its player model but if its car model just open gta3.img and rebuild it.enjoy gaming!
