Hello,
sir our company installed a CPM software through which we can not copy data to pen drive,cd writter how can we uninstall this software without new the installation of new window bcz this software has no uninstall option in add remove program sir plz help me

Well I could help you, but it wouldn't be installation as much as just ripping it apart until it didn't function, then cleaning up the remaining mess.
