Sony ericsson game and aplication aror

Hello,
i cant access my applications and games on my sony ericsson, when i try to access them it displays the message 'OPERATION FAILED' can anyone help me fix this problem.

Dear Sir,

The problem that you are experiencing should be coming from a corrupted file and you should have it restored o factory settings in order to get it working back correctly again.
