apps help!!!!!!!!! Closed

Hello, 
is there anyway to tell you what apps you have brought from apps store, i had an ipod and got rid of it and now i have a new one i was wondering if there was anyway that could tell me what i had already brought. i also have deleted itunes out of my pc, thanks in advance.

I got a new iPod but the apps on my iTunes Library were wiped out accidentally.  On Purchase History, it shows some 160 apps I downloaded (most free, some paid) but the the icons do not appear in Library.  I lost all my saved emails too.  I have a backup file on my PC that corresponds to serial number of old iPod.  I think my data (apps, email, music, photos, email) might be in that 30 MB file.  I tried copying and pasting contents into backup file for new iPod, but didn't increase size of file (8.3 MB).  I tried to Consolidate Files through iTunes, but didn't work either.  Need help in recovering, transferring, merging, or consolidating my old iPod Touch data (apps and emails).  Also went from Windows XP PC to new Windows 7 and copied/transferred all iTunes files.   On Google, have not found similar problem.
  
Would appreciate any suggestions and help.  Have spent quite a bit of time trying to recover data.
