Virus effected

Hello,

after booting my system, i can see the desktop icon but when i click on any program it restarts. i can't boot it in safe mode also.
plz suggest how to proceed ?

Hello, GGGGGG

First and foremost, you must perform a non destructive system restore back to a date where your know your system was healthy.

Not having any more information on how the problem occured this is the only option I have to suggest to you. Anyhow, system restore to a previous date is a safe option without any data lost.
