No gprs on Karbonn?

I have purchsed karbonn k330. where is gprs on that phone? i have called customer care for settings, they said there is no gprs in that phone. In website it is seen that phone has gprs.

Hello, you must change your sim to another which provides the service.

Hi there,

Your mobile may be not supported by the network you contacted ,to use the service on it you have to change your sim to other supporting your handset model.
