if you don't want to see xp logo
then go to start--->run--->type msconfig--->select boot.ini tab--->there in bootoptions check the option /noguiboot--->OK
if its motherboard logo--->check in your bios options to disable it
then go to start--->run--->type msconfig--->select boot.ini tab--->there in bootoptions check the option /noguiboot--->OK
