Music player not working

Hello,
I am having problewith my nokia 7210 suprnova,its music player is not working, it shows error msg of not having enough memory. I have formated my memory card and also restored the factory settings still its shows the same msg. Please help

Hi there,

Press on menu key ,hold it you must now end application found on list which are running on background,its this which uses memory preventing you from being unable to listen to music ,
