call disconnects automatically Closed

Hello, 
my gfive G9000i mobile is disconnecting whenever i receive or i make calls. the duration is only 3 secs. after that it disconnects automatically. can any one help me?

Please consider restoring it to factory settings in order to get the problem solved.
