problem with kaspersky anti virus 2010 Closed

Hello, 
I have just bought the KAspesky anti virus 2010 and what shoul have been a 15 minute job has turned out to be a 2 hrs session and still no end in sight!!

I try to install the software and goes as far as compying the files etc. I CANT GET TO THE CONFIG WIZARD. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice but no joy??

HAS ANYONT GOT ANY SOLUTIONS??

or maybe download a free anti-virus such as Avast which i use all the time and never had problems with it.....

it say's 4.5 but it will update to the new 5.0 Avast and it easy to use and you get free updates and i would use this all the time.
