kaspersky internet security 2009 instalation Solved/Closed

Hello,
I bought kaspersky internet security2009 to install in my lenovo laptop when i insert the cd it will show remove other antivirus programmes avg,avast 8 detected 
when i go to the programme remove panel the above antivirus programmes are not installed
please healp me to load this kaspersky programme in my lap top

i have purchased cd of kaspersky internet security 2009 but when i insult is in my labtop no files showing and then automat eject what can i do plz tell me how to installe this software

hello 2004Run,
even if u remove programs from add/remove programs in control panel, the particular program registry entries remains in registry. go to run then type regedit. there search the programs by typing the name and delete that entries. else use easycleaner tool to clear the unwanted regentries in registry. then restart and it might solve the problem.

I installed d 2009 version and hesetup completed successfully but when i restarted its not working.I reinstalled it but still same prob.
i tried opening it from d kaspersky folder bu ten it shows "it hs encountered some prob n need to be closed"

kaspersky as shown you incomplite avg soft ware than install avg than uninstall than install kaspersky

try deleting the registry values of the other anti virus softs by typing 'regedit' in run command(windows key+r)

Hello,

You have to run regedit (click start menu /click run / type regedit and click OK) registry editor screen appears.
on menu choose edit and click "find", on the new screen type example ( AVG8 ) or the name of the error that kaspersky show when installation fail. deleted the registry entry on search result ( verify the association with the error before deleted) and click F3 botton to find next registry entries. delete all files associated with avg. (do not delete entries if you not sure is associated with avg8). repeat F3 step and delete all entries until a messeage appears (finished searching through the registry) when finish, restart your computer, and try to install a clean an legal copy of Kaspersky. dont activate online until you are sure that the installations and updates are complete and work perfect.

I recomend kaspersky 100% - Works and protect better than others product that i try.

This error appers when orthers antivirus are unistalled incorrect and unistallation not clean all files or registry entries. Kaspersky not will install if others products are using the files or entries that Kaspersky needed to work correctly.

Having spent a couple of hours wrestling with this very AVG problem last week could I suggest you go on to the Kaspersky Lab support site - they have a simple download that cleans out AVGs in a few seconds
