Hello,

i can surf the
web.but now for some reason it wont let me download ,it shows me message internet explorer is looking for a solution,but never works,and just one more thing how do i set this laptop back to the day i bought it ,i need help not good with these things,thx

I need more info. What is your OS and which IE version are you using?

Please explain: "internet explorer is looking for a solution"
