i cant get my bluetooth dongle to work Closed

Hello,   
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0 hi i have a bluetooth dongle but when i connect it to my dell computer it comes up sayin contact my sever or something and when i view the connection it says that it is disconected and i dont know how to connect the dongle because it dose not appear anywhere  dose any one know how to sort this problem thanks x

You have to install driver for the device,you can try with bluesoleil,have it fro its official manufacturer website:
