Hello,
I have an acer one aod250 and doing the alt+f10 doesnt seem to work. it says im missing something when i do. do i have to reformat my computer? or what do u i have to download to get alt+f10 to work get back on my computer?

You press the alt and f10 keys to recover to factory ?please confirm.
