My desktop wont get past the Windows loading.

Hello,
i tried to turn on my desktop computer today and it turned on but it stayed on the windows loading page...i usually loads in like 1 min or less but it hasnt gotten past that point and idk what is wrong with it...please help:/
what can i do to get it past that point and turn on normally...
its a sony vaio desktop

try this 1
switch on ur pc and keep on pressing F8, if bootmenu appears just click on Esc key and keep pressing F8-->then u can find options like safe mode, safe mode with command prompt..... just select last known good configuration and press enter
