Problem with recording

HI dear sir/madam

actually i tried to record the sound of PC-out from REaltek HD audio manager audio software in my laptop but i can't how can i do it. i want to record some sound which is playing in my laptop itself. Before it did it easily with another sound driver in my desktop.
