Select "Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)" instead of start up normally.
Something happened that corrupted your boot settings.
If you don't see "Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)" then restart the computer and keep pressing F8 over and over until you get the screen that has that "Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)"
Use that and your laptop should start up fine.
